    Emmanuel Jean-François holds a doctorate in Education Sciences (University of South Florida, USA), is an Associate Professor in Comparative and International Education at the University of Ohio (USA). He coordinates the doctoral program "Administration & leadership in education" as well as the doctoral specialization in comparative and international educational leadership. Graduate in Social Sciences (Master’s Degree, Springfield College, USA) and in Population and Development (Graduate Degree, State University of Haiti with the United Nations Development Program - UNDP), he has written numerous books and published several books in peer-reviewed journals. He is the editor of the online journal - The African Symposium.
