  Paul T. Pos is Assistant Professor of art education at the Willem de Kooning Academy / university of applied sciences Rotterdam and Codarts university of performance arts Rotterdam. His main research subject is in the development of professional habits in arts education in cultural diverse societies and he publishes in the quarterly academic research part of the magazine for Early Childhood Arts Education, YMM China. As international advisor he is connected to the Yang Mythos organization in Shenzhen China and Birla Public School in Doha Qatar

  Ioanna Profyri

  

  Ioanna Profyri is a historian - ethnologist (Democritus University of Thrace, Greece), specializing in gender and immigration issues. She is a scientific executive at the Institute of Small Enterprises of the General Confederation of Professionals, Artisans and Traders of Greece since 2012 on issues of gender inequality and discrimination in employment and social policy. She was head of the Equality Office of the Institute of Small Enterprises of the General Confederation of Professionals, Artisans and Traders of Greece, to promote gender equality. She was a consultant at the Gender Equality Research Centre. She graduated in Advanced Studies (DEA), "Feminine Studies" from the University Vincennes-Saint Denis (Paris VIII). She has published articles in scientific journals on immigration, gender and female entrepreneurship.
